Ella arrives at 233 Broadway on the anniversary of the day the Woolworth Building first opened its doors, the building its creator Frank Winfield Woolworth called his Tower of Nickels and Dimes. Goldman Sachs turned him down, so he financed it himself. President Wilson lit it from Washington. Thomas Edison was in the room.
This letter follows the history Ella finds at the foot of sixty stories of Neo-Gothic terracotta, printed and posted to you as a letter should be. Part of the Letters Home series.
Size: A4 (210mm x 297mm). Printed double-sided on 100gsm heavyweight white paper. Sent flat in a brown cardboard envelope.
