Shipping Policy

All orders are sent by Royal Mail from Devon, England. Here is what to expect once you have placed your order.

Processing Time

Made-to-order products (enamel mugs and travel posters) are printed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Letters, postcards, greeting cards and stationery are typically dispatched within 2 working days. If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to help.

UK Delivery

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class as standard, which typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us at followellasadventures@gmail.com before placing your order and we can discuss options.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, which typically arrives within 7 to 14 working days depending on the destination and local customs processes. The Compass Club subscription includes free worldwide shipping on all plans.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. The Compass Club subscription includes free worldwide shipping throughout your membership.

Tracking

Standard Royal Mail shipping does not include tracking. If you would like a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at followellasadventures@gmail.com and we will look into it for you. Royal Mail asks that we allow 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders before investigating a missing item.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
