When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and are never stored by us directly.

If you subscribe to The Compass Club, we hold your name and delivery address for the duration of your subscription in order to send your monthly letter.

We use your personal information to process and fulfil your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your enquiries, and, if you have opted in, send you occasional updates about new products and offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
