The bridge built on eggs and numerology

Charles IV laid the foundation stone of this bridge on the 9th of July 1357, at 5.31 in the morning, a moment his court astrologers picked on purpose. Written out, the date and time reads 135797531, the same forwards and backwards. Nothing about that was an accident.
